You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Balance of Souls for personal, non-commercial entertainment on a device you own or control.
Feathers of Ma'at, Ib, hints, verses, and blessings exist only inside the game. They are earned through play, have no real-world value, cannot be bought, sold, transferred, or exchanged for money or anything else, and may be reset if you delete the app or reset progress. The game contains no real-money purchases.
Please don't reverse-engineer, decompile, tamper with, cheat in, or redistribute the app, or attempt to disrupt how it works. The app is for your own personal use.
The game and all of its art, audio, text, and code belong to the developer and are protected by law. This license does not transfer any ownership to you.
The game is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
Balance of Souls is family-friendly and suitable for a general audience.
These terms may be updated from time to time. The current version will always be posted here, and continued use of the game means you accept it.
